Alcatel OT209

Simplicity is the word with this lightweight Alcatel handset, it has the FM radio and torch that seem to be standard issue on all the simple phones, a colour screen and a modest 4 and a half hour talk time.

There are a couple of interesting features, one of them for accessibility - the OT209 has a zoom function to make it easier to read numbers you are dialling and text messages, which coupled with the well-spaced buttons makes it a very easy-to-use model if you have poor eyesight. The other is the fake call function, allowing you to pretend you have an incoming call - usefulness debatable but interesting nonetheless.
